7 hours of animating and coloring this. And it's not a minute long. xD

Characters (in order)~> Rubarious, Kaya and Carman. Rubarious is a giant falcon-based creature that are used to fly on in the story. He seems fierce here, but he's actually pretty useless. Kaya is some kind of big cat (sort of based from a leopard/cheetah mix by the looks) and Carman's ex-nanny and companion throughout the story, watching Carman's back and being the navigator on their journey. Carman is the main character in the story, a human, setting out to save not only humanity but the rest of the planet from the decay.

It'll make sense once I post the prologue.


This is from my comic and novel (both in progress) Speak With The Sand. I'm going to start working on the pages again later today, but for now... rest. I need a break after this one.


None of the characters are supposed to look exactly how they would in "our world". They're based off of animals we know of, but it's another world of fantasy, so things are different. Colors, markings and anatomy may be a bit different, and it's supposed to be that way.
